WRONG. not the same, and this actually matters: the chromebook has no notification stream engineered to interrupt you, no infinite feed, no DMs from 200 people. The research separates "screen as tool" from "screen as slot machine" — the harm tracks the second one. Here's the actual study everyone keeps half-quoting. good question though.
