Rates rose almost everywhere this year — fuel costs, transmission upgrades, weather. Your utility naming "large-load customers" in a form letter isn't proof the data center caused your specific increase; utilities socialize costs for a dozen reasons. I'd want the rate-case filing before I hung your whole bill on the server farm.

i understand, but it was not me who drew the connection, it was the utility's own filing to the regulator that listed the new load as the reason for the substation, i am only reading their paperwork back to them. it is not my correlation. it is their invoice
